Cancellation Policy

BAMBOO BEACH CLUB CANCELLATION POLICY

• For any changes or modifications, contact our office at 876-347-4213 at least one day (24 hours) prior to your arrival / reservation date.
• There is no cancellation fee if cancelled one day (24) hours before the date of the tour. Please call us at 876-347-4213 or email us at reservations@bamboobeachclub.com to reschedule or cancel your tour.
• Cancellations made 24 hours or less before the scheduled tour time incur a 100% penalty.
• If your cruise ship cannot dock due to inclement weather, your ticket is 100% refundable. We will automatically cancel the ticket and refund your money.
• If the date of your ticket has passed, no refunds will be given.
• Cancellations on the day of arrival will not be refunded.
• By purchasing this package, you acknowledge to have read and agreed with the terms & conditions shown and published on Bamboo Beach Club’s website.
